This policy applies to Metyris at https://metyris.com.
Tool inputs and results
Available PDF, image, QR, text, calculator and developer tools process the content you select or enter in your browser. Metyris does not intentionally upload user files to its servers for processing. File contents, file names, entered text, calculator values, JSON, Base64, image metadata, hashes and generated outputs are not intentionally saved in Metyris browser storage.
Browser processing and downloads
We use browser APIs and locally running libraries to transform your content. Tool working data normally remains in the current tab and is discarded when the page is refreshed or closed. Downloaded files remain wherever you choose to save them on your device. Browser, operating-system and extension behavior remains outside Metyris’s control.
Local preferences
Metyris may store recently used tool identifiers and favourite tool identifiers in your browser’s localStorage. These lists contain tool slugs, such as merge-pdf, rather than your files or tool inputs. They remain on your device and help show your recent and saved tools.
You can clear recent tools from the homepage, remove favourites individually, use the control below to clear both lists, or use your browser’s site-data controls.
This removes only Metyris recent-tool and favourite-tool identifiers.
Website delivery and security
Your browser requests website code and assets from hosting, CDN and security providers. Those providers may process normal network metadata, including IP addresses, request details, timestamps and security signals, as needed to deliver and protect the site. They may also set essential security-related cookies or identifiers, including bot-management cookies. These are infrastructure protections rather than Metyris behavioral analytics or advertising cookies.
Analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising are currently not enabled. Metyris does not currently include analytics scripts, advertising scripts, ad units or an advertising consent platform. If either is introduced later, this policy will be updated before activation and any legally required choices will be provided.
Limits of local processing
Your browser, operating system and installed extensions operate independently of Metyris. We cannot control their behavior. Any future tool with different processing requirements will explain them before you use it.
